EXTERNAL CATERING

If you are having any kind of function outside The Worldsend Hotel and require catering , we can do everything you need and more. We have a vast range of platters, canapés, baguettes, and all-day morning and afternoon tea selections. By selecting us to cater for your next event, function, meeting or conference , you can also choose to have your event licensed.

Staff

Uniformed staff are included in the pricing of food and beverage to serve your guests. Number of staff is dependant on guest numbers. Additional staff is available at $38 / hour.

Set up , Clean up & Equipment

If you need any extra equipment (i.e. warricks with ice, percolator, plates, cutlery, glasses, tables, linen etc) we can organise everything.

Transport, set up and clean up costs depend on the location and nature of the function. We supply quotes.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required - minimum one week prior to your event (except for UNI SA functions). We accept cash, all major cards direct deposit, or bank cheques. Tax invoices supplied.
